Im James from Sulphur, OK and I'm a young 56 yo widower; a writer - semi-retired.
I am into health and fitness as Im a heavt set guy losing weight and dieting. I walk 5 days a week and strength train 3 days a week.

I go to church faithfully each Sunday. I'm not a social drinker, however each year, maybe once or twice I'll have a glass or two of wine, beer or a margarita with lime with a salted ---. I do smoke lightly, not a lot; Winstons. I am trying to quit.

I like writing, reading, listening to 70s, 80s, 90s, country, classic rock and christian music. My biggest love is movies; all kinds.

I'd like someone who takes care of herself. You don't have to be devoted to a gym, working out all the time; just someone who is active and wants to be youthful. No, I'm not looking for Barbie or Ms. Fitness. Just a lady who is nice looking.

I'm looking for a good woman for becoming friends first and foremost to see how it goes; Someone who likes to laugh or wants someone to talk to. Maybe someone to do things with that is of interest to us both. If it's just friendship you want,thats fine. I would really like that.
